Finally arrived in Guatemala City late last night. We stayed with an amazing woman, Gilda, and her daughters. She has such a beautiful home and I am grateful for her hospitality. I was able to get a good night's rest and wake up to a nice day BUT then realized I forgot some important items. Go Stephanie! lol :D Anyway we had a delicious breakfast and then headed to SPS early this morning. It was a long trip to the town with laughter, music, lots of sleep and OF COURSE some interesting roads with lots and lots of curves! Now we are barely settling in and getting ourselves together. I am loving the weather which is nice and cool compared to the ~7 hours in the warm van.
I am so excited for tomorrow! I can't wait to see the amazing people I met last time and get this week started!

Heading Out
I am at the gate! I don't think it has sunk in that I am returning to Guatemala. I am so blessed to be able to go back with Women Work Together (). I am hoping I can stick to blogging this time. This trip I will only be gone for two weeks so maybe it will be easier for me to remember to blog. There were a lot of memories I was not able to share but lets hope it's different this time around.
I want to wish everyone at DU good luck on their finals and to look forward to SPRING BREAK!!
